More than a cafe.
A belief we brought with us.
Built on over 25 years of experience, tradition, and care — from Iran to Canada.

Built by Payam Jamali & Mona Naghibzadeh.
A husband-and-wife team who carried 25+ years of hospitality experience from Iran to Winnipeg — and the conviction that food, service, and warmth should never be compromised.

It didn't start as a business idea. It started as a belief.
After more than 25 years in the food industry, Payam and Mona had a clear picture of what a cafe should feel like — and what was often missing.
In 2017, when they immigrated to Canada, they faced a choice many newcomers face: to compromise, or to build things the right way — even if it meant taking the harder path.
They chose the harder path.
The name Next Stop Cafe comes from our former cafe in Iran.
A reminder of where our journey began. Carrying the same name means carrying the same standards.
New country. Same principles.
Five lines we live by.
- 01Food should be honest.
- 02Not rushed.
- 03Not compromised.
- 04Not shaped by trends that fade.
- 05Just consistency, care, and respect for tradition.
Never.
- ✕We don't take shortcuts to save time.
- ✕We don't change recipes to cut costs.
- ✕We don't sacrifice quality for trends.
Always.
- ✓Same recipes, every day.
- ✓Same portions, no surprises.
- ✓Same respect for every guest.
- ✓Same attention — even on busy days.

Same recipes. Same care.
Every day.
That's the promise Payam and Mona carried across an ocean. And it's the one we keep, every time you walk through our door.
