You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting reservations, orders, catering requests, or account details. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time without notice.

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. Reservations are confirmed subject to availability. Online orders are processed through our ordering partner, and their terms also apply at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount charged.

Gift cards are redeemable in-restaurant for food and beverage, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are not replaceable if lost. Rewards points are earned and redeemed under the rules of our loyalty program and have no cash value. Points may be adjusted or expire in line with the program rules.

All content on this site, including logos, photos, menu descriptions, and design, is the property of NEXT STOP CAFE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of allergens for guests with severe sensitivities — please speak with our team before ordering if you have food allergies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXT STOP CAFE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
